Welcome from the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht
I am very pleased to welcome you to www.irishgenealogy.ie the website dedicated to helping you search for family history records for past generations.
Last year saw the introduction of a new search facility to explore a number of on-line sources of genealogical information e.g. the 1901 and 1911 Census
returns, in addition to the Church records which were already available on the site.
Now the site also contains the Indexes to the Civil Registers of Births, Marriages and Deaths.
All of these records can be searched through the main search.
Visit the new site at http://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/
